Me and My Mother is a flipbook realized by Mousse Publishing in conjunction with the eponymous Ragnar Kjartansson exhibition at EX3 Contemporary Art Center in Florence. The book recreates two of the three videos in the project, dividing them into a sequence of images that gradually change from one page to the next, to highlight the three key elements in the work: the maternal figure, an apparently scornful action, and chronological spacing that underscores the inexorable flow of time. Hauntology, edited by Mousse publishing, is the first comprehensive monographic catalogue of Emanuele Becheri (b. Prato,1973), and an original artist book. The publication, realized in collaboration with Museo Marino Marini, Firenze, has been conceived and designed in collaboration with the artist on the occasion of the exhibition at MAN, Nuoro. Soft Information in Your Hard Facts is a catalogue published by Mousse Publishing on the occasion of Gabriel Kuri’s exhibition at Museion, Bolzano. Organized into two different parts, the book is edited by Vincenzo de Bellis, with texts by Vincenzo de Bellis, Letizia Ragaglia and Catherine Wood.

In this frantic days of Salone, Fuori Salone and whatnot, we suggest you to take a trip to Lambrate and have a look at 13.798 grammi di design – an exhibition for which more than 40 designer were invited to compare themselves with the weight of creativity. The show, curated by Maria Cristina Didero and Susanna Legrenzi, will inaugurate this evening at Lambretto Art Project in Milan. Today at Peep-Hole, from 6 to 9 p.m., will take place Mad Marginal: antipsychiatry tradition and marginality as artistic position, a workshop by Dora Garcia with Stefano Graziani, Cesare Pietroiusti and Nicola Valentino. On this occasion the new issue of Peep-Hole Sheet—the quarterly of artist’s writings published by Mousse—will also be presented. The third issue features an exclusive text by American artist Jonathan Horowitz. See you there.

Yale Graphic Design Exhibition is a condensed version of Lux et Veritas, the thesis show of Yale University’s Graphic Design Department. The students decided to present their works as a series of looping video that will be displayed at Chert, in Berlin until March 20. A selection of works from their previous exhibition at New Haven can be seen after the jump.
